Wellness Coaching
Nervous System, Stress Resilience & Performance Coaching
Wellness coaching is designed for people who are functioning well but want greater clarity, resilience, and structure in their lives. Think of the experience as hiring a personal trainer.
It focuses on building practical skills that help you regulate stress, improve habits, and move forward with intention.
Unlike psychotherapy, wellness coaching is not a regulated mental health treatment. Instead, it focuses on education, accountability, and growth-oriented strategies that support long-term wellbeing.
My coaching approach integrates my background in kinesiology, health, fitness, and nervous system regulation to help clients better understand how their body and mind respond to stress — and how to work with that system rather than against it.

- Treatment for anxiety disorders, depression, or trauma
- Crisis support or risk assessment
- Processing traumatic experiences
- Clinical mental health treatment
If deeper therapeutic work is needed, psychotherapy or another regulated mental health service may be the more appropriate option.

Wellness Coaching vs Psychotherapy in Ontario
It is common to wonder whether coaching or therapy is the right form of support. While both can be valuable, they serve different purposes.
Psychotherapy in Ontario is a regulated health service overseen by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and is designed to treat mental health concerns.
Wellness coaching, by contrast, focuses on growth, education, and performance.
If You're Unsure Whether Coaching or Therapy is Right for You
Choosing the right form of support matters. If it becomes clear that your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, we will discuss appropriate next steps, which may include psychotherapy or another form of care. The goal is always to ensure you receive the right type of support for where you are right now.
