Addiction Rehab
- Addiction Rehab Toronto: Provides medical detox, addiction treatment, sober living, and aftercare services.
- Rehab Recovery: Provides addiction treatment and healthcare advice for a wide range of different addiction and dependency issues.
- Renascent Addiction Rehab Centre: Provides immediate addiction help, affordable treatment and services, trained and experienced addiction specialists, and support for families.
- St. Joseph’s Health Centre Addiction Services: Provides support to those experiencing negative impacts from alcohol and other substances abuse for individuals and families.

BIPOC Support
- Across Boundaries: Provides dignified, inclusive and compassionate mental health and addiction services for racialized communities in 14 languages, working within Anti-Racism/Anti-Black racism and Anti-Oppression frameworks.
- Black Therapist List: Mental health is often something that goes unspoken in black communities and there are many barriers to seeking support. Black Therapist List is designed to eliminate some of these challenges by making it easier for people who are looking specifically for a black therapists in their area.
- Hope for Wellness: (1-855-242-3310) Immediate, culturally competent mental health counselling and crisis intervention to all Indigenous peoples across Canada.
- Naseeha: (1 (866) 627-3342) A mental health hotline and safe zone for Muslims and non-muslims seeking support. Texting mental health support is available 5 days a week Monday to Friday.
- Talk 4 Healing: Culturally appropriate and confidential support and resources for Indigenous women seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Services are available in 14 languages.
- Women's Health In Women's Hands: A Community Health Centre for racialized women living in the GTA. Primary health care professionals specialize in the health and wellness needs of racialized women and prioritizes those from African, Caribbean, Latin American and South Asian communities.

LGBTQ2+ Support
- The 519: Responds to the evolving needs of the LGBTQ2S communities, from counselling services and queer parenting resources to coming out groups, trans programming, and senior’s support.
- LGBT Youthline: Confidential and non-judgmental peer support through telephone, text and chat services from Sunday to Friday, 4:00PM to 9:30 PM.
- Trans Lifeline: (1-877-565-8860) Offers direct emotional and financial support to trans people in crisis - for the trans community, by the trans community.

- Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) : From assessment to brief interventions, inpatient programs, day hospital services, continuing care, outpatient services and family support, CAMH provides a wide range of clinical care services.

Sexual Assault and Domestic Abuse
- Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Care Centre : A comprehensive service that assists women, men, and trans people, over the age of 14, who are victims/survivors of sexual assault and domestic/intimate partner violence.
- Toronto Rape Crisis Centre : (416-597-8808) A free, 24/7, private, and confidential crisis line for victims of sexual assault.
- Assaulted Women’s Healthline: (1-866-863-0511) A 24-hour crisis line that provides support, safety planning, information and referral to services throughout Ontario.

- Kids Help Phone: Online, phone and text support for children and youth 24/7. Call 1-800-668-6868 or text CONNECT to 686868.
- Stella’s Place: Offers mental health support and walk-in counselling for individuals between the ages of 16-29.
- Ontario Mental Health Services for Children and Youth: A guide on how to find mental health support for children and youth under the age of 18.
- Good2Talk: (1-866-925-5454) Provides confidential support services for post-secondary students in Ontario.
